Creating a Premium Brand That Captivates Two Worlds

1. The Challenge

Designing the Packaging of a Jewel

More than water, a jewel. Gond Wana is a premium natural mineral water of unique quality in the world. It comes from the heart of an exotic forest in Paraguay: a confined aquifer of Itacurubí de la Cordillera, which remained hidden for millions of years. Its superior purity is the work of nature.

  The challenge was to represent this unique quality and purity in three dimensions. Thus, we approached the project with a holistic strategy from the beginning. We combined graphic and structural design to find the best suitable result.

"At the beginning, Gond Wana was just ideas and dreams, we had nothing. Tridimage managed to express in the designs everything we were thinking about. They turned those ideas into a bottle that today is the brand's ambassador. We felt part of the whole working process, it was almost familiar. They are professionals with a lot of experience. 2. The Solution

A Bottle Reflecting Extraordinary Purity

We started designing branding and packaging for Gond Wana inspired by precious stones. We had to translate these concepts into a three-dimensional universe for this premium brand.

To communicate the water's millenary purity, we created a glass bottle that simulates the diamond facets. With this resource we sought to symbolize its exceptional quality. Minimalist logo and graphics complete the bottle design

The presentation box also evokes the essence of the brand with sophistication and distinguished details.

3. The Results

A Premium Brand That Captivates Two Worlds

Brands with a high perception of quality show little but enough to captivate. Essentialism and distinction for a premium product oriented to a demanding public.

Gond Wana's success was such that it decided to take on a new challenge: to expand into the mass consumer market. Thus, the brand expanded its portfolio with a family of PET containers. The goal was to reach the household and gastronomic segments.

We also accompanied this initiative. We made the structural design of bottles and drums, with their respective labels. The adaptability of the plastic allowed us to adapt the essence of the brand to the new line without losing the product´s category.

Gond Wana was an exceptional project. Our agency was awarded a Gold A'Design Award in the packaging design category. Also, we obtained a Bronze Pentawards award in the beverage category, subcategory waters. A global recognition for creativity and innovation in all aspects of the project.

"Gond Wana is very well positioned in its segment in Paraguay. When we launched the brand, there was no premium water category. Today, we are number one in the country; and we are among the top five of the two hundred water brands in the market. We love to sell products of superior quality and with high added value; we are in another category."
